  • Ebooks, Audiobooks, and Other Digital Downloads 

    Digital products like ebooks and audiobooks are not returnable unless otherwise noted. 

    Books  

    Purchases by Individuals 

    Individuals may return printed books for full credit (except shipping) up to 90 days from the invoice date. Returned product must: 

    • Be in saleable condition (undamaged) 

    • Include the customer number and billing address on your invoice 

    • Be carefully packaged to avoid damage in shipment 

    • Be published by Prisca Publishing 

    Damaged Merchandise 

    Damaged/defective goods may be returned. Simply notify us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, indicating the nature of the damage and the number of books. 

    Church / Retail Partner Orders 

    Any book published by Prisca Publishing may be returned for credit toward future purchases after 90 days from the invoice date. All we ask is that you verify that the book is still in print by checking our current order form and that your return is in good, saleable condition (undamaged, free of retail price stickers, and still on the current order form; unsaleable items will be returned and shipping costs will be charged to your account). 

    Returns With Invoice 

    To receive full credit on your return, provide us with your original invoice number and the discount received. Returns accompanied by an invoice will be credited at full net price. 

    Returns Without Invoice 

    If you prefer to return products without providing the original invoice information, your return will be accepted and credited at a 55% discount. 

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and paypal. You can use your credit card when checking out online via our secure server.

  • If you are a church with an existing account, you can choose this option during checkout. The minimum charge order (before shipping and taxes) is €10.00. Churches that have not ordered from us before must prepay with either a credit card or Klarna.

  • To change or cancel an order that has not yet shipped, email support@priscapublishing.com on the same day your order was placed. Be sure to mention that you ordered from the website and give your order number. Because we try to ship items as soon as possible after ordering, you should contact us as soon as you know you want to change or cancel your order.
    We cannot guarantee change or cancellation of orders once they have been completed.

  • If products are disappearing from your cart, it may be a problem with your browser's cookies, a technology we use to keep track of your shopping cart. Please make sure you have your browser set to accept cookies.

  • If you are ordering from outside the European union, you are welcome to order from priscapublishing.com. Shipping to countries outside of Europe can be expensive; we encourage you to look closely at our shipping rates or explore our items available from mainstream book distributors like Amazon and Ingram. Prisca Publishing does not have rights to ship all of our products internationally. In the event we cannot fulfill your order, we will let you know and cancel your order.

  • The shipping rate for international orders is calculated based on the weight of the item(s) in the order. You may choose either First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International for those countries where it is available. Orders are shipped via DHL, and prices quoted are in Euros.
